Antidumping Team

Our antidumping team consists of lawyers and domestic and overseas expert consultants equipped with the expertise and knowledge to effectively deal with antidumping complaints. We are familiar with the antidumping rules of the US, EU, Canada, Japan and other countries and represent clients in responding to anti-dumping charges and understanding the export opportunities in China’s trade market.

JXD’s antidumping team provides clients with services including, but not limited to:

		representing Chinese’s clients in antidumping investigations instituted by foreign governments, providing advice on relevant country antidumping law, translating investigation questionnaires and relevant legal documents, assisting clients with filling in the investigation question form, assisting clients with on-site inspection and negotiations etc.
		representing foreign clients in antidumping investigations instituted by the Chinese government against foreign import products, offering legal advice on China’s antidumping law, assisting in completing investigation question forms, assisting client in on-site inspection and negotiations etc.
		representing Chinese clients participating in antidumping investigations against foreign import products, assisting clients in the reporting of industry damages to the Chinese government and proposing antidumping prosecutions
		contacting and communicating with the Chinese government on behalf of clients
		representing clients in drafting and proposing relevant applications to appropriate government departments, including termination of investigation procedures, confirming or readjusting targeted product scope, calling for hearings, signing price undertakings, etc.
