Required materials and procedures for setting up a real estate project company: 1. applicant prepares application and related materials in municipal land department, industry and commerce department etc., and reports to municipal construction bureau which issues approvals for setting up the project company following its examination of the submittals; 2. after approval and issuance of the project company establishment notice, application is made to the municipal construction bureau for the original qualification certificate; 3. the qualification certificate is used to apply for a business license with the department of industry and commerce; 4. the applicant then must apply to the city construction bureau for a qualification certificate duplicate. |
