Hao Wu is a partner of JXD Law Firm. He graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law and has been practicing as a lawyer for more than 10 years. He specializes in litigation involving foreign entities, international trade, M&A and FDI. He has represented many companies in negotiations, litigation and arbitration related to international trade disputes. Mr. Wu offers legal opinions on enterprise investment for foreign companies prior to their initial investment in China and participates in their cooperation negotiations and the drafting of their JV agreements.
