Ye Lin is a partner of JXD Law Firm. She graduated with a Bachelor of Law degree from Shanghai University and has been a practicing attorney since 1996. Ms. Lin specializes in the establishment of foreign-invested enterprises, M&A, corporate reorganization, contract drafting and negotiations. She has participated in many FDI projects and represented many large multinational companies and middle-sized foreign enterprises in investment, reorganization and M&A affairs. She is also well-experienced in IPR, commercial litigation and arbitration.
