Zoe Xu is an attorney at law with JXD Law Firm. She graduated with a bachelor degree in German Language and Literature from Fudan University and a Master of Law degree from East China University of Political Science and Law. She worked for a reputable German company and, during 2003 and 2004, made academic trips to Berlin, Munich, Cologne, Bonn, Hamburg and Frankfurt. She began her law career in 2005 and specialize in in corporations, FDI and VC. She has participated in many foreign investment projects involving FDI, VC and M&A.
