Wayne Shen is a deputy director and partner of JXD Law Firm. Mr. Shen graduated with a Bachelor of Law degree from East China University of Political Science and Law and was admitted to the Chinese Bar in 1999. Since joining JXD, Mr. Shen has handled numerous litigious and non-litigious commercial law matters. He is well-experienced in the legal fields of corporations, banking, securities, trade, litigation and arbitration, as well as in corporate reorganization, IPO, M&A and restructuring, transfer of share interest, debt-to-equity swap and other security-related legal affairs. Mr. Shen has a thorough understanding of the laws, regulations and industry policies related to company and enterprise law and offers high level legal support and services to many companies in relation to acquisitions, mergers, partition, and restructuring.
