Alan Huang is the director and managing partner of JXD Law Firm. Mr. Huang graduated with a Bachelor of Law degree from East China University of Political Science and Law in 1995 and was admitted to the Chinese Bar in 1997. He was a researcher at the Law School of Kobe University, Japan in 1998 and began working for an internationally reputable law firm in 1999. Mr. Huang founded JXD Law Firm in 2002. Mr. Huang is well-experienced in corporate and commercial affairs (including anti-dumping and anti-monopoly), banking, securities, trade, investment, IPR, litigation and arbitration. Mr. Huang has participated in many first-in-China projects and was given the honor of “Outstanding Lawyer of Shanghai” by the Shanghai Bureau of Justice. He also serves as the legal consultant for many governmental institutions.
