Alan Huang
Alan Huang is director and managing partner of JXD Law Firm. Mr. Huang graduated with a degree of Bachelor of Law from East China University of Political Science and Law in 1995 and worked in court from 1996 to 1997. He then went to Japan where he was a researcher at the Law School of Kobe University in 1998. In 1999, Mr. Huang returned from Japan and was admitted to the Chinese Bar. He has been practicing law ever since. In 2001, Mr. Huang founded JXD. Mr. Huang is well-experienced in the fields of corporations, banking, securities, real estate, insurance, maritime affairs, trade, investment, IPR, litigation and arbitration, etc., and has made special achievements in the cutting-edge fields of securitization and financial derivatives. Mr. Huang was given the honor of “Outstanding Lawyer of Shanghai” by the Shanghai Bureau of Justice. He is also the legal consultant for a number of governmental institutions.
Wayne Shen
Wayne Shen is deputy director and partner of JXD. Mr. Shen graduated with a degree of Bachelor of Law from East China University of Political Science and Law and was admitted to the Chinese Bar in 1999. He joined JXD in 2001. During his legal career, Mr. Shen has dealt with a great deal of litigious and nonlitigious legal affairs and has gained rich experience in M&A and IPO. Mr. Shen is well-experienced in the fields of corporations, banking, securities, trade, litigation and arbitration, etc. as well as in corporation reorganization, first initial[???], M&A and reconstruction, transfer of share interest, debt-to-equity swap and other security-related legal affairs. Mr. Shen has a thorough understanding of the laws, regulations and industry policies in the field of company and enterprise law and offers high level legal support and services to many companies on acquisition, merger, partition, restructuring and oversees IPO.
Peter Gong
Peter Gong is deputy director of JXD and director of JXD’s Litigation Department. He is specialized in commercial, intellectual property, real estate, trade and labor litigation. He has been a legal consultant for large corporate groups for many years and has profound knowledge of law and solid experience in legal practice. He has over 20 years of experience in law practice and has provided all types of professional services to various clients in every stage of litigation, such as, first and second instance trials, retrial, arbitration, and execution, etc.
Ye Lin
Ye Lin is a partner of the JXD Law Firm. She graduated with a degree of Bachelor of Law from Shanghai University and has been practicing as a lawyer since 1996. Ms. Lin is specialized in establishment of foreign-invested enterprises, M&A, corporation reorganization, contract drafting and negotiations. She has participated in many FDI projects and represented many large multinational companies and middle-sized foreign enterprises in dealing with investment, reorganization and M&A affairs. She is also well-experienced in IPR, economic litigation and arbitration.
Hao Wu
Hao Wu is a partner of JXD Law Firm. He graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law and has been practicing as a lawyer for more than 10 years. He is specialized in litigation related to foreign entities, international trade, M&A and FDI, etc. He has represented many companies in negotiations, litigation and arbitration related to international trade disputes. Mr. Wu understands and closely follows China’s various policies in the FDI field and provides expert legal consulting services for foreign enterprises investing in China.
