		Debt reorganization occurs when a creditor allows a debtor to modify debt conditions pursuant to an agreement reached with the debtor or pursuant to a court order. JXD has participated in a large number of debt reorganization cases, representing both debtors and creditors. We have assisted clients in such matters as dealing with reorganizing enterprises, drafting and revising legal documents for various transaction types, issuing legal documents, participating in reorganization negotiations and communicating with the relevant authorities, etc.
