On May 24th, 2008, at the invitation of the Development Reform Commission of City of Jurong in Jiangsu province, JXD Securities Department associates attended a lecture on listing small and medium-sized enterprises and delivered a speech. Principals of key enterprises in Jurong, senior management, leaders over different areas of the town (development area) where enterprises are located, and experts from the investment bank and research departments of Ping An Securities Company Ltd. took part in this lecture. During the lecture, the requirements for listing and preparation work during the pre-listing phase were vividly explained. There was much discussion among the participants and many questions were mutually answered. The audience benefited greatly from the proceedings.
