A major earthquake measuring 7.8 on the Richter scale jolted Wenchuan at 2:28 pm on May 12th, 2008. The earthquake caused many deaths and great property loss. Many people became homeless and the numbers of injured and died are still rising. Responding actively to the call of the Justice Bureau of Jingan district, all members of JXD, carrying forward the spirit of 鈥淗elp comes from all eight points of the compass for the one place in need,鈥縱oluntarily donated in succession. Regardless of more or less, first or last, JXD supported the earthquake relief work in Sichuan through practical action, extending our best regards to compatriots in the disaster area.
