On April 21st, 2008, JXD partners Xiong Huang and Wei Shen, and associate Jia Liu were present at the meeting concerning matters related to the listing of Shanghai Dongrun Heat-Exchange Equipment Manufacture Co., Ltd., which was held by Dongrun and attended by staff of the government of the Luxiang Town in Jinshan District of Shanghai and Dongwu Securities Company Ltd.

During the meeting, Mr. Mao Wenzhuo, the chairman of Dongrun, and Mr. Wu Qiang, the general manager of Dongrun, communicated with JXD attorneys, Mr. Sun Zhongkun, the supervisor of the people鈥檚 government of Jinshan district, Mr. Zhang Bin, the vice mayor of Luxiang Town, and Mr. Chen, the general manager of Dongwu Securities regarding matters like Dongrun鈥檚 development plan, listing plan, etc.
