JXD acted in an investment dispute against Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as 鈥淪EC") on behalf of Alcatel Shanghai Bell Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as 鈥淎SB"). The case involved debt and dividend collection, equity transfer, etc., and went through the proceedings of negotiation, arbitration and litigation. The case resulted in the transfer of ASB鈥檚 51% equity interest in Shanghai Bell Samsung Mobile Communications Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as 鈥淪SM") to SEC and JXD was able to recover for ASB from SEC and SSM the payment of goods, dividends, payment of equity transfer totaling more than RMB 80 million.
